If product is defective, buyer must report within 30 days of receiving item. The we will pay shipping cost associated to the return and we will pay the postage back to you. If the item gets there and you do not want it, please return item in an unused condition.  No return on electrical items.

If you need to exchange the filters for a different size there is no shipping cost back to you.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the filters, we offer you a money-back guarantee and no restocking fee on filter orders.
