Fast Shipped Filters strives to provide you with high-quality replacement air filters. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you need to return a product or seek a refund. Please read the following information to understand our policies and procedures regarding returns and refunds.

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

  1. The return request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  2. The item(s) being returned must be in their original condition and packaging, with no signs of use or damage.
  3. Proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, is required for processing returns.
  4. The original shipping cost is refundable.
  5. No returns on custom sizes

Please note that custom-made or personalized air filters are not eligible for return, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team. Provide them with your order details, including the order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number along with further instructions.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative to prevent any damage during transit.
  4. Clearly mark the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

If your refund is approved but you have not received it within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.

Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or model, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item(s) separately. This will ensure a faster processing time for your exchange and prevent any delay in receiving the replacement item(s).

Damaged or Defective Items

In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will guide you through the return process and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect to assist in processing your claim.
